Overview
Job Finder is a personal, private tool built for a single user. It is not a public service and does not collect data from or about third parties.
There is no advertising, no analytics tracking of visitors, no sale of data, and no sharing with third parties.
Data Stored
All data is stored in a private Supabase PostgreSQL instance controlled exclusively by the app owner. The following data is stored:
- Job listings — scraped from public job boards (title, company, URL, description). This is publicly available information.
- CV / resume content — the owner's own professional profile, used to score job fit.
- Application status — whether jobs were saved, applied to, or declined.
- Search profiles — keyword preferences for automated job scouting.
- AI-generated outputs — cover letters, talking points, gap analyses generated on demand and displayed in-session.
Third-Party Services
This tool uses the following third-party services:
- Supabase — database and authentication. Data stored in a private project.
- Anthropic Claude API — used to score job fit and generate cover letters. Requests include job descriptions and CV content. Anthropic's API data handling applies.
- Vercel — hosting. No personal visitor data is collected beyond standard server logs.
No Third-Party Data Collection
This tool does not:
- Collect personal information about job postings' authors
- Track or profile any third party
- Share any data with advertisers or data brokers
- Use cookies for tracking
- Operate any public-facing data collection
